Backspace Escape Rooms is looking for you!
At Backspace, we enjoy making people happy with our escape rooms. We now have 4 different rooms (all with lights, sound and special effects) and are constantly working on making it just a little bit better again. We are also (honestly, for a bit too long) working on our 5th escape room, Aurum, with which we hope to reach the top of the Netherlands. It really is almost finished...
At Backspace, you will join an open, enthusiastic and friendly team, where everyone is free to be themselves. You get the freedom to receive guests as you think is right, as long as they have an enjoyable experience. As we also have an escape room for large groups, our guests are very diverse. So, in addition to groups of friends and families, you also have larger groups and children's parties. The vast majority of guests really enjoy it and our aim is to make sure they come out even more enthusiastic.
The position: team member/ supervisor
As an attendant, you usually start your day by setting up the escape rooms. When the customers come in, you welcome them and explain the game to them.
When the customers enter the escape room, you watch and listen in (very fun) and give them a hint at the right moment. Afterwards, you chat with the guests for a while and offer them a drink. When the guests have finished, you set up the escape room for the next group.
Who are we looking for?
- You are hospitable and sociable
- You have an eye for detail and are precise
- You have a great sense of responsibility
- You are flexible; working hours during evenings, holidays and weekends
- You live in Amsterdam or close to Amsterdam
What do we offer?
